"Soon." How many times have you told a child "soon" or been told "soon" by someone else? How long is soon? One minute or two? I think you would agree there is not always an answer. Sometimes "soon" means I don't know. Susie is separated from her mummy whilst she seeks treatment for her mental wellbeing. When Susie asks when she will see her, she is told "soon" quite often.
