In the context of this essay on the counseling for business and industrial, we have choosen to write a synthesis about the knowledge we have learned on this topic from lectures. We can say at first sight, that the counseling for business and industrial is in my opinion, necessary for the personal development especially the ambitious persons who are often in search of oppotunities of career development. In fact, the operational variation of the counseling for business and industrial, results in the use of the SWOT matrix to analyse the Strenghts and Weaknesses as well as the Opportunities and Treaths of a person. In this essay, we are going to see that the SWOT matrix is also a tool to analyse the career strategies plans of a person. In fact, we are writing on the counseling and not the consulting. The consulting is given by strategists for companies development, while counseling is about the behavior therapy and concerns the individuals.
