Vincent van Gogh lived and worked in Drenthe for three months in the autumn of 1883. He wrote at least 23 letters during that period. That's all we know about Vincent during that period. But what has he done? Who did he talk to? What kept him busy? In this book you can read possible answers to those questions. Not as a report on that period, but as a story told by Vincent himself. He goes to his parents in Nuenen.
