That's 12.6 million people a year whose lives are directly impeded or ended by it, without counting the friends and family members it indirectly affects. But we don't have to be part of that statistic! The best is yet to come! This book chronicles my own struggles with suicidal feelings throughout my life, beginning with my traumatic childhood all the way up to today.
