The Quds Force-the English translation is Jerusalem Force-with ties to the Lebanese Hezbollah and Hamas, has a footprint in the United States, mainly in New York City. The organization is closely associated with terrorists in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, the Palestine Liberation Army, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, and Jordan, and proved to be disastrous. Arash Hasham Hoosmand, a colonel in the Quds Force, was charged with exacting the revenge of Soleimani in the United States.
