The participative approach to management highlights an epistemology of collective action where knowledge management imposes an integrated management of knowledge with a data bank to have the different types of knowledge at hand. The participative approach is a systemic evolution, emulating complementarity and coherence through the creation of teams that catalyse perfectibility. Involving everyone in a dynamic monitoring system encourages inventiveness and creativity to capture the subtleties of change and ward off obsolescence through innovation.
