Climate change is recognized as a serious threat to ecosystems, biodiversity, and health, it is associated with alterations in the physical environment of the planet. Climate change creates water and food shortage, drinking water availability, decrease in fresh water resources, increased morbidity/ mortality, and migration. Resilient infrastructure is about using smart strategies to help prevent risk from unfolding and about how we can aim to optimize infrastructure to help make cities more successful. Infrastructure designed with resilience in mind can better cope with shock event, such as extreme weather. Effective risk management enables preparation for predictable events and disruptions, such as coastal flooding from climate change induced by sea water rise. So, need of future risk aware to resilient infrastructure. Policy makers must implement the appropriate strategies for vulnerable populations.
