This book describes sulfonamide bearing 4-((5-bromo-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-b]pyridin-3-yl)amino)-N-(various substitution) benzene sulfonamide all synthesized derivatives were accepted by physico-chemical properties, as melting point (M.P) characterized through by elemental analysis (CHNS) also recognition with spectral techniques like FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and ESI-MS (Mass spectroscopic). The bioactivity of all compounds evaluated by anti-bacterial activity against gram +Ve and gram -Ve strains antioxidant activity by two methods first DPPH radical scavenging activity and second Superoxide anion scavenging activity, all results compare with standard drugs.
