Knygos aprašymas

This book gives the detailed information regarding metal complexes, metal complexes forming reagents and their different studies. Researcher of this field can use this book for their knowledge and literature review. 2-Hydroxy-4-isobutoxy acetophenone oxime is a good chelating agent, Now a day complex forming (chelating) agents are becoming important in analytical chemistry for gravimetric, titrametric and colorimetric measurements. New types of complex and complex formatting agents are constantly under investigation for possible analytical and industrial application. The structure of the complexes is determined by various parameters viz. elemental analysis, m.p., m.w., color appearance of the crystalline form, solubility and different spectral studies. From above studies we can conclude that complexes can be used as a good analytical agent in gravimetric study and colorimetric study of metal ions. The synthesized metal complexes are studied for their antimicrobial activities. Some of them are very good antimicrobial agents.
