Every speaker, trainer and coach needs a fund of stories. As you gain experience you will build up a reserve of your own anecdotes, and Richard's can be found in Reflections of a Corporate Coach. Fortunately there is a wealth of teaching stories stretching back to the Old Testament and Aesop's Fables, through Sufi stories to contemporary stories of the NLP community. 'Stories from a Corporate Coach' is a collection of 100 stories and more than 100 inspiring quotations designed to be used in a teaching context. Most, though not all, are stories that the author has come across during his career. He has aimed to make them short so that you can easily adopt them and drop them into a talk or a coaching session; and he has deliberately not explained their meaning. They are for you to use as you wish. Some of them you will have come across before in different forms. As a story teller, you can adapt and develop them as you wish.
