On March 4, 2018, Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia were found unconscious on a bench outside The Maltings Shopping Center in Salisbury, England. Both are in critical condition at the hospital. This story has had a wide resonance in the UK. Russian Foreign Minister Boris Johnson said there was a Russian trail in the case, mentioning the case of former FSB official Alexander Litvinenko, who was poisoned in London in 2006. Traces of an unknown nerve agent used in the poisoning of former GRU colonel Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were found at Zizi restaurant in Salisbury.
