SMEs play an indisputable role, in dynamism and economic development. They represent an essential element for economic integration, diversification, and a means of accelerating the volume of investment, production and a source of job creation. These vulnerable entities represent the core of economic development, and occupy a singular place in the growth of the production apparatus.
