Americans Dara and Rubin are bored, stuck in dead end jobs and so decide to go on a short road trip through the desert. However, after discovering an innocent looking piece of paper, their road trip turns international taking them to Berlin, London and Budapest, as they have nothing better to do than investigate the secret. The Cold War may have ended but old scores have not yet settled and everyone's chasing the reluctant spy who has come out of hiding, for the vital document. Everyone has their own reasons to take possession of it but who will find it first, and what exactly is so important about it? The unlikely sleuths Dara and Ruben find themselves playing a vital role in the discovery of the document as they unwittingly become embroiled in the world of espionage in this slackers meets spies saga.
