Artificial intelligence has opened multiple avenues for things that were never heard of in past. The introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in significant improvements. AI has played an instrumental role in predicting the onset or the decline of COVID-19 waves, the detection of cases, contact tracing, clinical trials, etc. On a similar note, AI has played a significant role in the prevention of ageism. The need of the hour is to acknowledge the value of AI and gradually integrate it with the health care delivery system.
