When owner of the restaurant want to expand their business, they need to combine a good business with the technology. That is why we will propose new business process and implement the ERP system to the business process. We do the analysis to existing restaurant to get the existing business process. To get the base for comparison, we are looking into the theoretical concept and get the basic theoretical business process. Using theoretical business process, we make the comparison with the restaurant current business process and the result from the process comparison. To analyze the business process, data flow diagram and activity diagram used to mapping the business process. Compiere ERP is used to be implemented in the business process as a system that can have data and process integration. By utilize proposed business process, the restaurant can improve their process effectiveness and minimize waiting time of the customer, so it can improve the customer satisfaction to the restaurant.
