Renegade WASP is "a love story within a life story" which spans 8 decades in the life of main character Jack Peirce. Jack is a native of the upscale Boston suburb of Wampum, who returns from college to become the owner/editor of "The Wampum Totem" newspaper. Jack is a self-described middle class "mud WASP", whose wealthy girlfriend Holly Chase lives in the town's most exclusive neighborhood. Her father, David Chase, is a fast-rising corporate executive who's determined to thwart Holly's relationship and impose his will over anyone who challkenges him. He reigns over an elite group of neighbors known as "The Four Aces" who embark on a series of disruptive escapades. The narrative cuolminates with a celebration opf Wampum's 200th birthday and a compelling climax which resolves long-standing conflicts.
