Knygos aprašymas

The Indian Patents and DesignsAct, 1911 was formulated as theright given to inventors for first time independently. The law made by the Britishers was in force in India. And it continued till date. The law that prevailed in India was British made law and it existed till 1970. During the post-independence period, the government of India found that the said act has certain apertures. And it didnot go with the appropriateness at the initial phases of its conditions. Besides it, it was impossible for the area of industrial development. These patents never worked in this country and they have negative effect on the industry by maintaining the monopoly status in the matter of ingress.Patent analysis is a well-known valuable approach that uses patent data to derive information about growth in a particular technology and for planning technology development strategies. Such analysis is also a useful way of examining continuous flow of knowledge from science to technology particularly for emerging technologies where no historic data is available.
