This book covers the Pattern recognition analysis using the qualitative as well as quantitative study. Aromatic data is collected using ultra-fast gas chromatic (UFGC) instrument and then the data is analyzed using different statistical approach and the result is compared with the quantitative data as well as the GC data gives the quantitative values as well.
