Knygos aprašymas

Achieving prosperity is earnestly sought after by very many people but only very few achieve it, yet it is realisable. The opposite of prosperity is lack, dearth or insufficiency, wretchedness and the like which no sane person would ever desire. There is, therefore, no wondering at all why it is a subject matter that has always attracted the attention of most people: from the wealthy businessmen, scholars, statesmen and stateswomen and politicians especially during electioneering campaigns, manifestos' presentations and debates and down to the man in the street. Clerics have become more involved and vociferous in their incessant sermons. Indeed, prosperity theme has become the cardinal point in their bid to attract unwary followers. This trend, whether borne out of ignorance or pity for the poor masses or some other self-serving reasons, is unhealthy for the Church and injurious to humanity. Doctrinally, it is incorrect, misleading and capable of turning able-bodied young people into lazy drones and bigots who parasitize on the hardworking populace. This is because the man was initially blessed, Genesis 27 & 28, by his Creator.
