Education and teaching is one of the most important process in today's society. The fortunate of any country depends on the education of her country men. It is the duty of teachers to educate the people of the country. This need, environmental demand,and expectations from teachers are causing a type of professional stress in them mostly due to lack of required qualification. In this sense teaching is one of the stressful profession and need to be addressed. The main aim of the present study is to judge the professional stress among teachers due to their qualification difference.
