The quality of any educational program is determined to a very large extent by the personal qualities, professional competence, attitudes and insights of teachers. Thus, the guidance program should help students in order to develop these values. Generally, to produce skilled and productive citizens and to meet the needs of students and the society, guidance service is very essential.
