As today¿s interconnected world has caused a massive expansion in trading relationships across the world, businesses transact across not only physical boundaries, but also cultural and tradition-based boundaries. It is within this light the proactive approach to contracting has emerged, as potential misunderstandings and disagreements have grown rapidly.
