Peculiarities of rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction caused by the presence of background comobrbid state - osteochondrosis of the cervical spine - have been analyzed, and the review of possibilities to overcome the emerging difficulties in the use of medications of various groups and physiotherapeutic methods has been carried out. The results of own research, in which 60 patients with myocardial infarction in the subacute stage of the disease with clinical and radiological signs of concomitant cervical osteochondrosis are studied features of the clinic, the severity of pain, the degree of anxiety and tolerance for physical activity. Comparison of the result of restorative therapy of two groups of patients (basic and control) showed that the inclusion of ultrasound in the complex of procedures has an analgesic effect and improves the psycho-emotional status of patients, which creates a favorable background on which it becomes possible to conduct an optimal rehabilitation program.
