In this context, the book deals with a Closed-end Fund which is specialised on Cross-border Investment and Real Es­tate Externalisation by custom tailored sale-and leaseback transactions. This Fund was chosen due to the current relation to important market de­ve­lop­ments occurring with this specific outsourcing phenomenon.
