Human Powered oilseed presser presses the oil seed and extracts the oil, which can be used for food consumption or for conducting various tests on oil in small laboratories. A machine that has been fabricated will perform this pressing operation by Human Powered Flywheel Motor and not by an electric motor. It has been noted that human power is sufficient and can easily be converted into work. This work develops an approximate generalized data-based model for such a Human Powered Flywheel Motor oilseed presser by varying some independent parameters during experimentation. Subsequently, the optimization of the model is established. Lastly, the ANN simulation of the behavioral data of the system is also shown.
