In this book are introduced three different studies, conducted at different times, which intend to bring to the attention of the auditor, data on total daily physical activity among children in Albania, data that refer to a wide range of circumstances (contexts) to extract indirect indicators on sedentary lifestyle as one of the main reasons for the obesity disease manifestation at this age, data on the situation of one of the components of fitness to children, on Body Composition, and also information on how responsible government institutions (stakeholders) in Albania, have used data on children¿s daily physical activity and their families nutrition culture, to improve the policies about improving the health of the population. Based on the survey data served as starting point to different initiatives of Albanian Government (the Ministry of Education and Sport), in order to improve the level of physical activity for children and also improving nutrition culture, in favor of improving the indicators of the prevalence of overweight and obesity.
