Amount of dose was settled for the analysis to get the accurate results for the safety and preservation of the ready-to-meal.Ready to eat food (Biryani) was irradiated with gamma radiations to increase the shelf life and to check its nutritional value. The purpose of the present study was to sterilize the ready to eat food by using the gamma radiations.
