In modern society, social changes are taking place that require close attention in terms of the promptness of preventive measures to prevent deviations among young people. The crisis of the institution of work, the reforms of higher education, the growth of pragmatic and material values among young people, in particular students, lead us to the need to look for new resources to solve social problems in society. Young people are the most mobile social group, so they have always been an active participant in addressing the challenges facing the state and society at any given time in history.
