It is a hierarchical model of communication process, and consists of awareness ¿ comprehension ¿ conviction ¿ action. Furthermore the value of segemtation, targeting and positioning for a successful marketing strategie is discussed. Finally different promotional methodes are discussed based on examples of the ski industry.
