There is created the model of market based climate change mitigation policy evaluation, and on this basis, the methodology of market based climate change mitigation tools evaluation can be adapted in practice, by choosing the best market based climate change mitigation tools in energy, according to the priority objectives of environmental and energy policies, and by ensuring the synergistic effect of the tools. Similarly, this technique can be successfully realized in monitoring of the climate change mitigation policy and evaluating strategy results of the climate change, according to the set monitoring indicators.
