Phonon is a unique concept in solids. It is mainly described as packet of energy which arises due to the vibration of atoms about their equilibrium position in solids at finite temperature. This book primarily focus on the exotic interplay of the phonons in disordered materials. The problem of phonons in disordered solids has always been an outstanding problem, specially due to the random nature of force constants between different atoms.
