The rules of the internal labour regulations of the organization are the local normative act of the organization which regulates, in accordance with the Code and other federal laws, the procedure for the admission and dismissal of employees, the basic rights, obligations and responsibilities of the parties to the labour agreement, working hours, rest periods, incentives and penalties applied to employees and other issues related to the regulation of labour relations in the organization.
