In today¿s era job motivation is one of the most important factor for the growth and development of an organization/institution. If the level of job satisfaction is low, it affects the work efficiency of LIS professionals. For this purpose library professionals should be motivated. The present book examines the factor of ¿organizational climate and personal characteristics¿ of employees within an organization. This book elaborates the satisfaction level of library professionals working in the libraries of engineering Institutions, Lucknow.
