This book provides a practical introduction of integrated passive device (IPD) technology for both undergraduate and graduate students of electronic engineering, electrical engineering, practicing engineers, communication engineering, and other interested students and researchers. There is no need to justify the existence of IPDs; they are the essential building blocks of mobile and wireless communication systems.
