European Prescribed Usage will be in BOLD Print and Underlined. 5 - The Preparation of the Herb in the Forms that might be used. As Teas, Blends, Tonics, Poultices, Washes and More. 6 - Native American Uses. (The Title will be in Bold Print). 7 - Nutritional Information: Mineral and Vitamin content as indicated by the Reference Material. 8 - Any Contraindications that might be known.
