Knygos aprašymas

Comparative study of Hepatoprotective activity of original ¿Hepjaun¿ syrup prepared by using aqueous extract of all the Hepatoprotective crude drugs and Newly developed Polyherbal formulations prepared by using ethanolic extracts of Hepatoprotective crude drugs . The basic concept behind this is that the bitter principals present in the crude drugs are generally responsible for the Hepatoprotective activity and are more soluble in hydro-alcoholic solvent system and hence the alcoholic extract of all these drugs is prepared separately and used for preparation of Hepatoprotective formulation. Modified method has been developed for new polyherbal formulation along with standardization and evaluation for their Hepatoprotective activity.
