A great philosopher said that "Anger is the fluid that love bleeds when it is cut." From that quote and my personal studies of relationships, this book was birthed. I wrote this book to help mend the wound that is caused whenever a person is forced to deal with an emotionally traumatic event such as a break-up. We all, as human beings, go through times in our lives where we get injured by life, may it be emotionally, physically, or mentally. More times than I would like to mention, I too have been injured.
