Greenland,a wonder of the nature is the largest island of the world situated between two land masses on the top of the world.The land is characterized by extremes of climate ,temperature remains below freezing point theory yet life sustains there.Plants are unique and mostly are lichens,mosses and small herbs. Kangerlussaq is the international airport which connects Greenland with rest of the world. Nuuk is the capital with about 15000 inhabitants out of the total 57000 population of the country.The economy of Greenland is based mainly on hunting,fishing and tourism.The main languages are danish and Greenlandic. Polar northern lights,floating icebergs are unique features of Greenland.
