The monograph examines the Administrative and Legal Framework for the Functioning of the Financial System of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to sharing a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the nature and features of the administrative and legal framework for the functioning of the financial system of Ukraine. It was noted and improved the historical and legal stage of financial system formation. It was given the definition of such categories as «financial system», «finances», «system», «administrative and legal framework», «principle».
