Full mouth rehabilitation of the neglected adult mouth is regarded as of prime importance, since this procedure helps in restoring adult patients with dentitions in varying stages of degeneration to optimum functioning and health. The principles of treatment are universal, all the functional factors are interrelated. Satisfactorily restoring a patient to a state of physiologic health is a challenge that requires that the clinician not only to be an acute diagnostician but also a master of a wide range of treatment modalities. Successfully treating patients requires a thoughtful combination of multiple aspects such as-operative skills, endodontic therapy, achieving harmony between the TMJ and occlusion.
