Someone murdered two people on a rural side road. One of them was a cop. It was something Ontario Provincial Police Constable Terry Maynard had done a hundred times before in his career-pull a car over for speeding on a rural side road, issue a ticket, and move on with his day. This time, however, it was different. Someone shot him dead while he sat in his cruiser writing up notes after the traffic stop.
