The perspectives and challenges related to the field of food production are covered in this book. It talks about food production, manufacturing and certain issues related with its demand and supply in various countries of the world. Due to the prevailing food crisis, it is very important that a proper technique of food production is adopted and quality and safety of the food produced is also checked.
