This book is a product of different researches that adopt the ethics and good corporate governance frameworks. There are many fundamentals questions to ask in relation to ethical issues. Answers to these questions can be found in different sections of this book. This book is made up four sections. The second section looks at ways to address the ethical issue of bribery from different dimensions. The third section examines the relationship between the four-main normative ethical approaches (deontological, utilitarian, virtue, and care) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) and how the sustainability roles of multinational oil corporations (MNOC) operating in Nigeriäs Niger Delta can be improved.
