Anterior tooth loss usually compromises ideal bone volume and position for proper implant placement. Implant diameter, compared with that of natural teeth, results in challenging cervical esthetic. In spite of all the technical difficulties that may face the restoring dentist, the anterior teeth implant is the modality of choice to replace missing anterior maxillary teeth. Although the teeth in a day¿s time protocol require considerable sophistication in according the questions of the prosthodontics team, it offers patients a number of significant advantages, compared to traditional implant placement protocols. The number of office visits required is minimal. Patients who have to travel long distances to undergo fixedprosthodontic rehabilitation particularly benefit from the condensed treatment time.
