This book provides an empirical understanding of the data analysis carried out to understand the impact of work life balance on turnover intention of the employees. It includes detailed data analysis on the primary data collected via employee survey across five major service sector companies. Data of more than 700 employees from these sectors was analyzed using various statistical tests and tools. ANOVA, Independent t test and multiple regression tests are the various tests used for this study and a detailed account of findings of these tests is mentioned along with sector wise analysis for deep research insight and cross-sector comparative analysis. Important findings and results for managers and policy makers have also been mentioned. Various recommendations given by employees are also enlisted in the form of a Work Cloud.
