This book investigates customer¿s satisfaction based on efficiency and availability of ATMs in Tanzania based on a case study of banks viz CRDB, NBC, NMB, and EXIM in Mtwara Tanzania. The book provides a baseline tool for decision-making, formulating policies and guideline on efficiency of ATMs, and therefore vital to management of banks for their improved customer services.
