The year is 1981. Executed serial killer Marvin Brumlow is the new superstar of the most violent entertainment sport in Hell, The Boogeyman Championships. He is a celebrity, a cultural icon, and the fans love him. They watch in delight as he returns for his next clash, a homecoming to the abandoned mental institution where he was once imprisoned, to hunt down another group of unsuspecting teenagers. Who are they, this new group of victims? Who cares?
