e-Governance is one of the prime agenda of governments across the globe. With the proliferation of technology from urban to rural societies, governments are exploring opportunities to reach the un-reached. Government-to-Citizen (G2C) initiatives under e-Governance have a positive direct and indirect impact on the citizens. As enormous resources ¿ monetary, human, and ICT are invested on these projects, it becomes important to seek answers to whether these activities are yielding desired results.
