Out of that, implicit knowledge is seen to be as a crucial aspect to keep the strength in competition, especially within larger organisations. Growing, continuously quicker changing markets and shorter lifecycles of products require to focus on existing knowledge and its handling. Those phenomena lead to leaders¿ situations of not being aware or capable of tranforming their knowledge into suitable, sustainable and on-time decisionmaking. Existing management systems, e.g. software solutions like CRM-modules or similar databases, exclusively capture explicit knowledge.
