Planetary thinking, in the person of scientists, thinkers, philosophers, studies problems of vital importance for modern mankind, which require the cooperation of all or most of the peoples of the world for their solution. The emergence of such problems demonstrates the development of close ties (economic, political, social, cultural, scientific and technological) throughout humanity. Moreover, there are grounds to speak about the formation of a global system, i.e. a set of interrelated components of civilization and nature. However, the presence within this system of a multitude of social subjects of activity (countries, classes, etc.), whose interests and goals are essentially different, causes contradictions and conflicts, on the basis of which global problems of different scale and character arise.
